Where are you based?
We are based in Tauranga and regularly work across the Bay of Plenty. Longer-distance transport is available across the North Island depending on the job.
Can I get a price online?
Yes. Smaller transport jobs can use our instant quote form. House moves and more complex jobs use a detailed enquiry so we can price the work properly.
Do you move Marketplace purchases?
Yes. We can collect furniture, appliances and other suitable items from sellers and deliver them to you, including multi-stop collections where required.
Are my items covered while being transported?
TUT Transport carries Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Cover remains subject to the applicable policy terms and our service terms.
Do you remove rubbish and green waste?
Yes. We handle rubbish removal, green waste, dump runs and property clear-outs. Disposal charges depend on the waste type and destination.
What happens after I send a booking request?
Your request is sent directly to our bookings system. We review the details and contact you to confirm the job before it is treated as accepted.
